The Indonesian National Army (TNI) will again implement the 124th TNI Manunggal Membangun Desa (TMMD) program in 2025. This was marked by the implementation of the TMMD Technical Coordination Meeting (Rakornis) at the Indonesian Army Headquarters, Jakarta, which was opened by the Deputy Chief of Staff of the Army for Tahwil, Komsos, and Bhakti TNI, Brigadier General TNI Taufiq Shobri. This Rakornis was attended by Danrem 043/Gatam Brigadier General TNI Rikas Hidayatullah, SE, MM, on Thursday (24/4/2025).*
The 124th TMMD Coordination Meeting for the 2025 Fiscal Year was held virtually and took place in the A. Yani Hall of the 043/Gatam Military Command, Jl. Teuku Umar Penengahan Bandar Lampung. The purpose of this activity is to provide an overview of the implementation plan for the 124th TMMD for the 2025 Fiscal Year, as well as a guideline for Task Force Commanders, Ministries, institutions, local governments, and the TNI along with partners in the activity.
The theme carried is “With the Spirit of TMMD Realizing Equitable Development and National Resilience in the Region”. For the 124th TMMD in 2025, this activity will be held at Kodim 0422/LB, located in Pemerihan Village, Bengkunat District, Pesisir Barat Regency, and Kodim 0429/Lamtim, located in Itik Rendai Village, Melinting District, East Lampung Regency. The implementation of the activity is planned to take place from May 6 to June 4, 2025.
Before delivering his presentation, Brigadier General Taufiq Shobri congratulated the newly inaugurated Regents or Mayors, hopefully the mandate they carry out can be successful in advancing the region and improving the welfare of the community.
“Thank you for the support of the Regional Government that has allocated the APBD for each region. The synergy of ministries and non-ministerial government institutions and TNI partners for the 124th TMMD program in 2025 is very important. This activity is expected to provide benefits and be felt by the community in the area around TMMD,” he said.
Brigadier General Taufiq Shobri also emphasized to the participants of the Rakornis to pay attention to the welfare of village communities and their quality of life through the development of village infrastructure and the development of local economic potential as well as the utilization of natural resources in the community environment.
“The TMMD program is not only the domain of the TNI, but is an integrated activity with Ministries/Institutions and non-ministerial institutions, both central and regional governments, including community components that are implemented together by prioritizing the culture of mutual cooperation,” he added.
Also present at the event were the Chief of Staff of the 043/Gatam Military District Command, Colonel Jaka Sutanta, S.Sos, Commander of the 0422/LB Military District Command, Commander of the 0429/Lamtim Military District Command, Assistant II of East Lampung, BAPEDA of East Lampung Regency, Head of the Social Service of Pesisir Barat Regency, BAPEDA of Pesisir Barat Regency, Pasi Komsos Siter 043/Gatam, Pasiter of the 0429/Lamtim Military District Command, and Pasiter of the 0422/LB Military District Command.
